We are getting quite few downloads of "Dancing with Armageddon" our free anti-Iraq war song which will be featured on the new album. The new album has been a work in progress but its getting close to done. I have a new soundcard (an M-audio 192 for any audiophiles) and the playback is really helping the mixes. At this point it may be  out come next spring - if only I was not such a perfectionist! I think you'll like the new direction, still Celtic but a more American country blues edge and some Native American flute pieces  in a collection called "First Nations' Suite."  A real Celtic fusion. Stay posted.

What we Believe

We believe that all human beings are equal.

We believe that the races of human kind are genetically the same but for the most minor differentiations in skin color, hair and other physical characteristics.

We believe that gender orientation is a genetic factor, not a choice, and that all humans of any gender orientation have the same rights as other humans, including the right to marry.

We believe that women always have the right of control over their own bodies and no one else has to the right make choices for them in reproductive matters.

We believe that all human beings on earth have the right to their own indigenous culture except where cultural practices harm other human beings of either gender of any age (except in the case of the right to die below) nor interfere with the basic human rights provided by international law.

We believe that ultimately humankind will throw off all vestiges of warfare, racial and gender violence. We would like to believe it will be within our lifetime.

We believe that all cultures will reach the point where women and children are not exploited. We would like to believe this will be within our lifetime.

We believe that human beings have the right to choose to withhold extraordinary life saving measures when they no longer want to suffer.

We believe that there is a supreme creator force that is accessible to all human beings and that no one has exclusive truth regarding its nature.

We believe that everyone has the right to their own spiritual beliefs but no one has the right to impose them on others.

We believe that ultimately humans will inhabit this world as one common humanity with great respect for all life, human and otherwise.

We believe that humanity will become good stewards of the Earth and recognize her as our own mother. We pray that this happens within our lifetime.

We believe that humanity will ultimately be a positive force on this planet but only if it can control its own self destructive urges.

We believe that societies that have not done so will ultimately abandon patriarchy.

We believe that all of these things are true or will be true but acknowledge that humans often take a long time to learn basic lessons and societies even longer.

We will keep faith with these beliefs and not become disheartened even when we hear and see acts that deny them.

We will do all we can to uphold these beliefs and to help bring them to culmination in a brotherhood and sisterhood of a common humanity.
